In this example i've taken Ambujacem - which closed at 124.9 yesterday. You have to look at two values if you need to buy - Reverse Short & SAR - Closing price today must be above each of these ie. 126.8.
If ambuja closes above this value - buy - your stop n reverse will now be 124.9 (these values change on a daily basis).
So if Ambuja closes above 126.8 you buy with a Stop on closing basis at 124.9 and if it closes below this number you go short - keeping you in the trade at all times.
In the case of Asian Paint it gave a buy yesterday at `3080 with a stop at 3061 on closing basis. CMP today at 3091 so far.. we need to watch till EOD if it closes below today..
Dont sit in front of the screen - watch the levels 15 mins before close or when mkt opens
