Sometimes the market can get on your nervs. All you need is patience.

My targets were all achieved - however, the emotional element always needs to be controlled.

I've learnt quite a bit in the past & I still find it hard to control it to some extent. I've realised that taking hasty decisions and closing out the position @ a loss is the worst thing you can do.

Thats why i spend time looking at charts and planning my trade. But I do screw up at times - Only human!
